ya and i have a first grader on my hands! went school supply shopping the other day and spent $45!!! not counting his backpack and all the fees (i swear they $5 fee you to death!) thankfully ive been shopping clearance and discounts for clothes for him so all i have to get now are the essentials---sox undies and shoes which naggie will so happily provide (thank you naggie!) its crazy to think that hes that big...he learned to tie his shoes this week. proud momma moment! im really proud at all the little things hes accomplished but part of me wishes hed stay my little boy forever. i dread the day he quits asking for "momma snuggles" :(

...this game caught my eye though---just beautiful graphics. just like brush strokes. last nite was prb the LONGEST ive played a game in like 10yrs!!! my last venture into that realm was FF7. i just get too emotionally invested in this stuff (plus i suck at the whole nunchuck/wii-mote thing)
happy mail is almost over...and my girl laura has spoiled me rotten! ive gotten some WAY cool stuff from her and shes just a peach :) big shout out to her!

....ya so i had to actually go shopping for a suit yesterday.going to a pool party for the 4th..didnt think it was a big deal until i was actually confronted with horrible suits! omg they were bad...even the one pieces didnt cover anything! i was standing in the middle of that horrid store, among all the crazy people buying stuff for the 4th, almost in TEARS!! how can a piece of fabric reduce a fairly attractive ( if i do say so myself--haha) woman who has an average body (not fantastic but not worth jenny craig either!) to a blubbering insecure little girl??
man i hate swimsuit season! anyway to make a long story short i found one that wasnt TOO bad and a skirt cover up that DIDNT make me look like a grandma. basic black of course :)
maybe the rocket pops and my famous black bottom banana cream pie will win them all over and they wont really care what my suit looks like :)
