super cool fun bday party

phoebes 3rd was this sat! it was crazy fun...heres the cake i did (first time i worked with fondant...prb the LAST too!)

the whole day was just a blur...cuz after that we did the princess ball and ANOTHER bday party with marek's friend and partner in crime corbett. i think we ALL had too much fun that day

skate town!

went skating with the kiddos last week. it was a first for them...and something i hadnt done in over a decade!plus it was for a good cause. Cimarron school raised $75 that nite. it was way fun to drag the kids around the rink and act like a dork :)

 

 

 

 

i actually had to call in sick yesterday. it was the first time in like a YEAR!!! i know it sucked for everyone that was there but i literally just thought my brain was going to ooze out of my ear at any moment. brad thinks im just taking on too much and my body is letting me know i need to slow down a bit. ya tell that to the fall festival commitee, mareks soccer team and boyscout troop, and im sure phoebe will understand if her party doesnt go off without a hitch. it felt good just to rest yesterday though. today is phoebe's circle of life ceremony at school. had to throw that presentation together last nite. well see how it goes today---im not even sure i did it right! haha ok time for laundry....

flying downhill

thats pretty much how i feel lately. im officially OVERCOMMITTED! (ya i know i spelled that wrong) the boys have already left to go to marek's first boyscout event. im sad i cant go. cant wait to see some of the pix though. speaking of ive got to figure out this whole den mom thing. man, how do i get roped into this stuff! :) today is phoebe's 3yr pics. every year i take my babies to get their pics done in an actual studio. i take enough casual pix thru the year i think having more formal ones done is nice. monday is scouts tuesday is soccer wed is fall festival meeting....then i can breathe for like 30 seconds and THEN its time to make the fondant for phoebes cake and try to get all that squared away---im so nervous about that. naggie decided that phoebe needed a pretty pink party dress for her big day. and usually whatever my naggie wants i try to get it for her. she does so much for my babies. and on sat is leonardo's princess ball. i bought her a corsage to wear. i just know im gonna cry a river that day. not sure if it will be from total exhaustion or just the fact the my little tiny baby is not a little tiny baby anymore. ive been avoiding coming to grips with that for awhile now. ok so thats whats been goin on with me a bit. why i havent blogged much lately :)

ive held onto these horrid little things for YEARS!!! just couldnt seem to throw them out----i think i even tried to sell them at a garage sale once. goodwill is the new proud owners...they have seen many a dingy club, flashy lights, and crazy nites with my gal pal jen. but i cant wear the white pants that these went with anymore so i dont think i should have the shoes either .... out with the old in with the new :)

my gpa turns 80 next week. we already had his party, which was---lets just say---interesting. gotta love family get togethers! :) anyway without him or my gma in my life i pretty much wouldve given up a LONG time ago. so happy bday gpa (papa!) i love you more than i can say
